Terms of service

These terms cover the Volanta Sites website plan sold by Volanta S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (company no. J2026052939002, tax ID 55533620, 22 Lunca Sighet, Satu Mare 440063, Romania), "we". "You" means the business that starts a plan.
1. The service
For $39 per month (USD) we provide a one-page website for your business, host it with SSL, connect it to your domain, and make content changes you request by email (text, prices, hours, photos, services, colors, notices) within one business day. Larger work, such as extra pages or online booking, is quoted separately and only done if you accept the quote.
2. Previews
We may build a preview of a new site for a business before it becomes a customer. A preview is not live, is marked as a preview, is hidden from search engines, and is taken down on request or if it is not taken up.
3. Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; we stop the plan the same business day and the site stays online until the end of the paid month. If you are not satisfied, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first payment. Later payments are not refunded. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; you can cancel before it applies.
4. Your content and domain
You own your business name, logo, text and photos and your domain. You confirm you have the right to use any material you send us. We may use content from your existing public website to build your site. On request after cancellation, we send you the site's files. The site design and code are licensed to you for use with your business while your plan is active, and are yours to keep in the files we send after cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
Your site may not be used for anything unlawful, misleading or infringing. We may refuse or remove such content.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep sites online at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; hosting runs on Cloudflare's network. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will email active customers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in them limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
