Privacy notice

Volanta S.R.L. (22 Lunca Sighet, Satu Mare 440063, Romania) runs Volanta Sites. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Business contact details published on your business's own website or public listings (business name, phone, email, address, services), which we use to build a preview and to contact the business about it.
• What you send us by email, and your billing details, which Stripe processes. We never see full card numbers.
• Preview opens: we count how many times each preview page is opened. We do not store IP addresses or use cookies or tracking pixels for this.
• Quote requests that visitors submit on a customer's live site are forwarded to that customer and not used by us for anything else.

Why

To build and run your website, to answer your messages, to bill your plan, and to keep records the law requires (for example invoices). We rely on our legitimate interest in offering our service to businesses, on performing our contract with you, and on legal obligations.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and Anthropic (the AI assistant we use to build previews and to read and write our email). Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union under these providers' safeguards.

How long

Preview data is deleted within 60 days if the business does not become a customer, or sooner on request. Customer data is kept while the plan is active and then only as long as accounting law requires.

Your choices

Reply "no" or "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again and will take down any preview of your business. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at richard@volanta.ai. If you are in the EU you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
